I am in my second trimester and feeling much better. I can finally get up and do things again without feeling queasy. I just got back from spending some time with the family and Jimmy just returned from Barcelona.
Lucky him, he got to spend a week in Spain, but he was working. Well, research more than work because he went to take a class at the Chocovic chocolate school. Of course, he came home with yummy chocolates and gifts for the kids. We will be tasting a box of truffles he brought back from Oriol Balaguer's shop soon, so I'll have pics of those up. I'm looking at the menu he brought home and the picture of the store looks oh so modern check out the website www.oriolbalaguer.com .
Tomorrow is Kai's fourth birthday and we will be making train cupcakes for him using the Nordicware train baking pan. I'll try to remember to take and post the pictures. You know pregnancy brain is so very real. I can't remember anything unless I write it down. I'm even having trouble with the spelling for this post! Ciao for now.
