Chocolates from Barcelona

This is the box of Oriol Balaguer Truffles that Jimmy brought home from his trip to Barcelona. There were many interesting and fun flavors. One that stands out is the one that had pop rocks in it and the truffle flavored chocolate (very earthy).




This is a torrone that Jimmy made in the Chocovic chocolate class that he attended. It is so creamy, crunchy, sweet and salty all at once. I guess you could say perfectly balanced and delish!!
