Daddy Home Every Day

Daddy's been home everyday for the last week.
Finally my turn to post to Pastry and Kids! Since Julie is on bed rest for next few months, I've been trying to find daily activities to keep the little ones busy.
Saturday we went to the local Toys R Us for a Thomas the Train activity day.
Well, it wasn't all that great but I did get some cute pictures of Nic, Kai and Bella playing around the store.
Here they are wondering,"Where is everybody and where are the rides?"


Nic was a good sport and posed for a photo with "Thomas' Helper".

They couldn't stay out of trouble long and got pulled over by Geoffrey's P-Patrol. Bella got away on a radio flyer. You can see her new camera face. Don't know how that started but it's hilarious
Back at home I took apart the crib and moved it into our room for Bella to sleep in.
When new baby comes this will be her bed.
We put her favorite sock monkey sheets and her Dora,"Que Bella!" blanket as well as some of her dolls and stuffed animals. It looked really cozy.
All in all its been a good week at home: water park twice, playground twice, Whole Foods twice, a late drive to Portillo's to satisfy a craving, cooking meals and filling sippy cups around the clock, some time outs, and lots of hugs.


I think Bella's become Daddy's girl. She's like a cute little tree monkey! She's been growing really fast and can communicate with her little two word sentences.
