One of my pantry staples is Crofter's Sperfruit Spreads. I love it because Crofters uses the ripest organic fruits, fair trade organic cane sugar, apple pectin and citric acid to make their yummy spreads. I did adjust the dough recipe this week by adding half a tablespoon more sugar than listed in my recipe that I posted a few posts back, so the total sugar in the recipe should now be 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar in the recipe. It also makes seven 6oz portions of dough. They serve warm tofu jelly in ginger syrup and frozen ice dessert. Frozen ice desssert is crushed ice and choice of various tapioca, beans, boiled peanuts, etc. We had red bean, white tapioca pearls, red dates, and taro root. They scheduled it similar to the time frame of the actual competition, except at night!
