Julie is a stay at home mom to three children under the ages of seven and a wife to a phenomenal pastry chef. She has a background in restaurant management and culinary arts. She believes that things happen for a reason and the career that she had before having children has prepared her to efficiently manage her household.
Jimmy is an accomplished executive pastry chef who has been in the industry for over 20 years. He has competed in many pastry competitions and is a regular contributor in several national and international pastry publications. When he is not busy creating desserts he takes the family on pastry adventures.
Together Jimmy and Julie have a pastry consulting company called JM PUREPASTRY. Their services include designing pastry kitchens, menu development, packaging design, and other pastry related solutions.
